Do you offer discounts to interior designers, home theater installers, or home builders?
Yes, we offer wholesale discounts to qualified resellers. To become a reseller, please request our reseller application by contacting us.
How do I know how many chairs or what layout I should choose?
If you are unsure about the number of chairs you require or which layout would best suit your project, we can offer suggestions. In addition, we provide layout and seat plan designs free of charge.
What is your typical lead time?
Our typical lead time is 12 to 14 weeks. Depending on the accessories you need, we may be able to complete the order sooner. Please contact our consultant for the most up-to-date lead times.
Do your theater chairs require assembly?
All of our theater chairs come individually pre-assembled (arms are pre-attached to the bases). The only assembly required is attaching the chairs to one another within a row to prevent shifting. This is done using standard screws which we provide (a power drill is recommended). Backrests are shipped flat so they can easily fit through small doorways.
Are your chairs motorized, and do they support 110V and 220V?
Yes, all of our theater chairs are motorized. The included transformer is universal, accommodating both 110V and 220V systems globally.
