The seat design selection and installation align fully with professional stadium requirements, emphasizing safety, durability, comfort, and easy maintenance. Surfaces utilize a hollow blow molding process with high-density polyethylene (HDPE). Features include rounded edges, high bonding strength, rigidity, impact resistance, weather durability, high/low-temperature compatibility, and excellent chemical stability.
Chair depth: 500mm, back height: 880mm, center distance: 550mm. Seat plate size: 490mm × 430mm (net weight ≥ 2.00Kg). Back plate size: 520mm × 520mm (net weight ≥ 2.15Kg).
Adopts rear-mounted floor installation. The floor stand (with handrails) features polished aluminum alloy casting with electrostatic spraying to enhance corrosion resistance. Fastened securely on steps with special fasteners capable of withstanding 1500kgf tensile force (C25 concrete). All fixings are kept unexposed.
Equipped with a seat plate gravity automatic turning mechanism (spring-free). This reduces horizontal space occupied, giving the audience more space to enter and exit, and allows fast evacuation in emergencies.
Computerized color matching generates bright, lasting tones. High-grade color stabilizers are added during production to protect against discoloration, ensuring color consistency up to 95% over five years under testing.
