Q3: Do you provide after-sale service?
Yes, we do. If there appear any quality complaints and disputes, we will establish a product information feedback system, establish service files, and be responsible for the quality of the accident identified to deal with our client.
Q4: How does your factory do regarding quality control?
Quality is priority. All our products would be strictly tested before we deliver them.
Q5: How long can you deliver the goods after place order?
Normally 5-7 days for order quantity less than 500 pcs; if over 500 pcs, 7-9 days. If you have an urgent order, you may reach out to check if we can meet your delivery schedule.
Q6: Do you have patents for your chairs?
Yes. Most of our chairs have obtained patents before we released to the market. If you find a similar design in the market, you can consult us to confirm before you sell.
