We are one of the largest customize furniture factories in the world. Since the year 2002, we have focused on high-end furniture manufacturing business for over 18 years. Started from a genuine leather sofa, then gradually expanding to cover most of the furniture production.
By now, we are running over 1,000,000 SKUs mainly for customized orders, which we call SPO or made to order. We also produce upholstered sofa beds, occasional chairs, benches, casegoods, cabinets, dining tables, consoles, and dining chairs. From the style category, we are making modern and traditional furniture to meet our different customer's requirements.
Our next step is to become the first-ever total solutions service provider in the upholstery industry.
We are the largest custom-made furniture outsourcing service provider in the world, offering a TOTAL SOLUTION to our retail customers. We render product designs and development 4 times a year to our retail partners. We also offer inventory control, production, quality assurance, logistics, and "last mile" labeling for the final consumer. In short, we perform every service for retail customers, except retailing.
We do customization furniture with high quality and speed. As an international company, we have two sales offices in the United States, one in Europe, and production bases in key global locations. Our primary factory facility employs over 1,700 workers, spanning over 180,000 square meters to produce 450 containers monthly. Our regional factories, backed by a complete supply chain, will support 2,000 workers for an additional 500 containers monthly.
There are 11 factories located in our compound, built over the last 21 years. This setup provides a complete vertical supply chain from processing leathers, foam development, cutting & sewing, frame-making, wood carving, spray finishing, to final upholstery. This unique configuration shortens production cycles, tightens cost control, and ensures uniform quality, differentiating us from competitors. We export more than 5,000 40HQ containers annually with overall sales of nearly 200 million USD.
Currently, we maintain an inventory of over 200 different Top grain leathers, with 3 million square feet of leather in stock (valued at 8 million USD) sitting in our warehouse for fast fulfillment. These leathers come from premium sources globally, including Italy, Brazil, Europe, and the USA. We also utilize our dedicated tannery, which is one of the largest in the world, producing 14 million square feet monthly. Additionally, we stock over 800 different fabrics, providing a rich variety of choices for global markets.
We manage over 1,000,000 SKUs designed for customized orders (Special Program Orders / made-to-order). Our products include upholstered sofa beds, occasional chairs, benches, casegoods, cabinets, dining tables, consoles, and dining chairs in both modern and traditional styles.
Yes, both ODM and OEM services are fully supported. We offer a Total Solution package to our retail partners, including dedicated product design and development releases four times a year.
Our primary factory facility produces 450 containers monthly, supported by over 1,700 workers. Our regional factories provide an additional capacity of 500 containers monthly with a workforce of 2,000, ensuring we meet large-scale global demands.

We stock over 200 variations of Top Grain leather (totaling 3 million square feet, valued at 8 million USD) and maintain a collection of over 800 fabrics imported from various countries to facilitate rapid custom manufacturing.
We handle inventory management, production, strict quality assurance protocols, global logistics, and "last mile" private labeling directly for the final consumer under our total solution program.
