What kind of service is offered?
We support OEM, ODM, Distribution, Drop Shipping, and Whole House Customization services. Please send us an inquiry and tell us your needs; we will provide you with a one-stop furniture solution.
What exactly happens in the 2 to 5 weeks delivery time?
From our contract date, our production team fully supports you. The planning team sets up a reasonable schedule. The quality team follows up on each production process (material cutting, assembling, polishing, painting, upholstery, packing), and for each process, we will keep you updated with inspection reports. The sales team will keep you posted with photos and videos, and we can meet with you if needed.
What are your payment terms?
30% deposit for standard products, 50% deposit for custom products. The balance will be collected before shipment. TT, L/C, Alipay, and Cash are available.
What guarantee is offered?
We promise that the product has a 1-year warranty, and the wooden frame of the furniture's internal structure has a 10-year warranty.
How is the product packaged and labeled when shipped?
All furniture delivered is professionally packaged to minimize the risk of any damage in transit. Boxes are clearly labeled with the project number and product code to simplify receiving.
Do prices include shipping?
Our price terms are EXW or FOB; you are free to have your order shipped overseas by the company of your choosing. We also have our preferred partner for international package forwarding to more than 200 countries.
